The Weeknd was heartbroken after having to end his Los Angeles performance early due to vocal fatigue.

Abel Tesfaye, the singer of the hit song “Blinding Lights,” was on stage at the Sofi Stadium when the performance unexpectedly halted just after 9:30 p.m.

Abel, who was giving a performance on his second night at the stadium, stated that he was unable to go on and give the audience the show they had paid for.

“I’m not sure what just occurred… He addressed the gathering, “I just lost my voice.

“I can’t give you the concert I want to offer you right now, but I don’t want to stop the performance. I’ll make sure everyone is happy, you’ll get your money back, and I’ll perform for you guys soon. But I wanted to publicly apologize to you.”

“You understand how much this pains me, and I’m sorry”, Abel continued. “I appreciate you so much; I love you.”

Then he walked off the stage.

The celebrity has already offered a new performance date, explaining on Instagram that she was “devastated” after her voice failed during the first song. My heart plummeted as I felt it depart.

My sincere apologies to my fans here, he continued. I’ll make it up to you with a new date, I swear.

Due to the release of his fifth studio album, Dawn FM, the vocalist is presently on his After Hours Til Dawn tour, but things haven’t always gone smoothly.

Covid-19 led him to put it off, and when it eventually started in July, a wireless network outage forced him to cancel his gig in Toronto.

Doja Cat, his support act, was compelled to cancel back in May.

The rapper known by her stage name Kiss Me More, Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, revealed that she wouldn’t be traveling with the singer because she was still healing from tonsil surgery.

The Weeknd will still be making appearances in South Asia, Australia, Europe, and Mexico.
